Guests are usually welcome when accompanied by a member, and non-members can often book lessons, clinics or court time at commercial centers. Hollywood is in Florida, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. Getting around Hollywood is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Florida's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

We had a great stay here, Sean the bartender was amazing. He was super friendly and made our trip extra fun and it was my wife's birthday and he made it special! Thanks again Sean! And our wonderful breakfast server Jackie! Her wonderful work ethic and smile made our stay even better! Bravo Jackie

I stayed here from Friday to Sunday, and overall I had a great experience. The service was excellentβ€”I really can't complain. Everyone working here was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. A special shoutout to all the Cuban staffβ€”they were incredibly kind and hardworking, and they made our stay even more enjoyable. Before coming, I read some reviews saying the food was terrible, but that wasn't our experience at all. We had breakfast and lunch at the hotel every day, and the food was good and reasonably priced. The reason I'm giving the hotel 4 stars instead of 5 is because the rooms are a little outdated. Our room was clean, but you can tell it could use some maintenance and updating. The location is another big plus. The beach is only about a one-minute walk from the hotel, which was very convenient. The pool was also large, clean, and spacious. The only downside is that it closes fairly early. I understand that's because there's no lifeguard on duty, so it makes sense. It would just be nice if the hotel offered more evening activities for guests. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely consider staying here again.

I’ve checked in on Monday, Feb 2. The room was not cleaned properly, it looks like someone urinated in the toilet and didn’t flush. There were small pieces of paper on the nightstand. I’ve called front desk, no one picked up the phone. I went to the front desk asked to change the room. The room was ok, a bit dated. Next morning, I realized I forgot my toothpaste, called the front desk several times. No one picked up the phone. Finally, after several attempts, the receptionist picked up the phone. I’ve asked for the toothpaste. Was waiting for 40 mins. At the checkout, I’ve expressed my concerns and dissatisfaction with front desk service. The receptionist did not apologized, stating she was busy registering the new guests. I suggested she get help at the front desk, she said there is no need. She was having an attitude which is not acceptable. I’ve asked for the manager, she said that management doesn’t come before 10am!!!??? It looks like receptionist was doing whatever she wanted without any supervision. I’m very disappointed. Hilton used to be a very nice hotel. Ive read few comments, it looks like this is a big issue at this location. I hope Hilton management will take action t
